Shipping Policy

Standard Terms

If your order is placed before 1 pm CST/2 pm EST, it will be processed the same day. Otherwise, your order will be processed the next business day.

We offer overnight shipping for expedited orders (excluding weekend orders, which will go out the next business day).

Additional fees not charged by Star Brazil are the customer’s responsibility.

Carriers and Transit Times

Our current shipping providers are United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS).

Please note that UPS does not ship on weekends.

UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes — a valid street address is required.

We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. If your order is late or missing, please visit the carrier’s website to check their separate shipping policies.

Please choose the appropriate shipping method that best fits your desired timing for your delivery.

Estimated transit times are generally reliable but may be affected by planned and unplanned factors and are not guaranteed.

USPS

  • USPS Standard: 7-10 days
  • USPS Overnight: 1-2 days (depends on order)

UPS

  • UPS Ground: 4-7 days
  • UPS Second Day Air: 2 days
  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 day

International

  • Your options will vary. You’ll see options at the checkout.

 

Returns Policy

Standard Terms

We offer a refund or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, neither a refund nor an exchange of any kind will not be offered.


Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

    • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
      • The item must be in the original packaging.
        • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
          • Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
            • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

              Exchanges (if applicable)

              We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

              If you wish to exchange your defective/damaged order for the same item, email us at info@starbrazil.co and send your item to the following address:

              Refunds (if applicable)

              Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

              If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

              Partial refunds may be granted for (if applicable):

                  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
                  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after the order date.

              Late or Missing Refunds

              Your refund goes directly to the account you used for the purchase. If you have not received a refund, please contact your credit card company. Please understand that it may take some time before your refund is posted.

              Shipping

              To arrange for a return or exchange, please send an email to info@starbrazil.co with the reason for the return/exchange, and more details will be provided.

              Star Brazil does not offer free return shipping. The cost of shipping a return will be the customer’s responsibility.

              Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

              The time it may take for the exchanged product to reach the customer may be affected by factors such as location and weather.

              We encourage using a trackable shipping service if you are shipping an item back to us. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
